How does an NFC review sign work?+
NFC (near-field communication) allows a compatible smartphone to open a link when held near a programmed sign. The link can direct a customer to your chosen review destination.
Do customers need to download an app?+
Most modern NFC-enabled smartphones can open NFC links without downloading a special app. Device settings and compatibility may vary.
Will a tap automatically post a review?+
No. The sign opens your review destination. Customers choose whether to leave a review and what to say. Reviews are never guaranteed.
Can I order multiple signs?+
Yes. Our payment portal currently lists packages of one, two, and five review signs. You can also browse review cards and other NFC products.
How do I pay?+
